Here’s our guide to insure we can serve all our clients effectively.
Cherish Your Time:
Life can be a whirlwind, if plans change, keep us in the loop at least 48 hours before your appointment. This way, we can make another client's by offering them your appointment slot, or redirect our energy to our salon care routine.
Caring for Our Crew:
Our amazing team pours a lot of love and care into your treatments. Let's spread the love by giving them a heads up. We want to create a positive work environment where our team can thrive.
Late cancellations and no-shows can disrupt their schedules and affect their livelihood, so please understand that cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

24-48 hour notice: 50% of services booked

Less than 24 hour or no-show: 100% of the booked services

Arriving later than 10 minutes we may need to cut short your treatment or your appointment may be treated as a no show (100% fee) so we do not hold up someone else's day.

Deposits are non refundable. They can be used towards a future appointment, if appointment changes are made with 48 hours notice.
*please note these will be charged via your card on file and are a condition of rebooking.
Want to change your treatment to a different type?
We are happy to accommodate this all we ask is you please adhere to the 48 hour notice period so our team can properly prepare for your appointment and allow any extra time needed or gift any spare time to another client.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-48 window, you are welcome to gift your appointment and deposit for a friend to use.
